and I just wanted to let you know that they are fantastic!
The routines are just challenging enough to give me an attainable goal and keep
me focused. The intensity of the strength routine is just right, and I
appreciate the slight modifications to the poses you offer. They help me to move
into the pose at my own pace without compromising the overall effectiveness of
each pose. I have tried other yoga videos and have found myself discouraged
after a few sessions because I am scrambling to keep up. I have been doing your
routines regularly for a couple of weeks now and my momentum and confidence are
