Vicki believes that her Yoga practice
has been an important part in her healthy and happy life.
The main principle of Yoga is to practice with mind, body and breathe.
This alone makes Yoga different than other common exercise programs.
This mind/body connection has helped many develop a healthy body image and reduce stress. Yoga
is far more than just exercise, it is a healing practice.
Vicki's love for movement with music
naturally blends into her Yoga classes. Students find her teaching
style to be a soothing mixture of tranquil music and flowing yoga
postures. Come and find out how you can develop calmness and peace
in this unique Yoga class.
Vicki works with a
Health Club and Physical Therapy group. Vicki is teaching around the
Santa Barbara County area including the local college,
and the City's Parks and Recreation. She currently directs and
produces a television series called,
"Yoga Stretch" which
airs daily.
